Outpatient Rehabilitation Center
Rebuilding your health so you can get back to life.
Johnson Memorial’s Physical and Cardiac Rehabilitation Center shares a building with the JMH Immediate Care Center and Occupational Health service. Doing so allows us to provide a comprehensive program of physical, cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation. Reconditioning is offered, as well as work hardening programs. The work hardening services are provided in conjunction with the Occupational Health service located above the rehabilitation center on the ground level of the hospital’s outpatient facility.
Programs and services at the outpatient rehabilitation center are designed to help patients who are recovering from illnesses, injuries or cardiac disease that limit their independence and quality of life. The goal is to return those patients to the highest level of health, independent living and function.
Services are provided by licensed physical therapists, respiratory therapists and certified athletic trainers. The Physical and Cardiac Rehabilitation Center is open Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
JMH’s rehabilitation services also partners with Tx:Team at our Center Grove Professional Office Building at SR 135 and Stone’s Crossing Rd., and on Stop 11 Road north of Greenwood.
