Rehabilitation doesn’t always require an in-hospital stay.
We placed our Physical Rehabilitation Center in the Immediate Care Center and Occupational Health Service building so we can provide our comprehensive program of physical and occupational rehab on an outpatient basis. We offer a full range of work hardening services through our Occupational Health Service, located above the rehabilitation center on the ground level of the hospital’s outpatient facility.
We’ve designed everything at our outpatient rehabilitation center to help patients who are recovering from illnesses or injuries. We want you back to your highest level of health, independence, and functionality as quickly as you can get there.
Services are provided by licensed physical therapists and certified athletic trainers.
The Physical Rehabilitation Center is open Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
JMH’s rehabilitation service is also available at our Center Grove Professional Office Building at SR 135 and Stone’s Crossing Rd.
