What is My JMH Rewards Program?
At Johnson Memorial Hospital we want to help ease your health care costs. That’s why we are introducing a new program designed to help you earn valuable rewards to use as cash at participating providers and pharmacies. All you have to do is pay your hospital bill in full by the due date indicated.

How does it work?

1. When you receive your hospital bill, pay the balance of your bill in full by the due date indicated.

2. Each time you pay your bill in full and on time you will earn 5 points for each out-of-pocket dollar you spend.

3. Accumulate a total of 2000 points, i.e. pay a total of $400 in patient out of pocket expenses, and we’ll mail you a certificate worth 20 My JMH Rewards dollars that you can take to your participating doctor or pharmacy to use the same as cash.
