Better Breathers Club
Better Breathers is organized through the American Lung Association for those diagnosed with chronic lung disease, asthma or other breathing-related illnesses. Call for meeting dates and times. Blood Pressure Checks
High blood pressure is a common and dangerous condition. Knowing your systolic and diastolic numbers, and tracking them over time, can help you understand what you can do to improve your health and reduce your risks. The Johnson Memorial Immediate Care Center in Franklin provides blood pressure checks at no cost on a walk-in basis. (You may experience a wait depending on the number of patients being seen at the time you arrive.)
Cardiac Rehab and Cardiac Wellness Program
Cardiac Rehabilitation and the Cardiac Wellness Program is for those who have experienced CABG, MI, Stent placement, Angina or Valve Replacement. Diet, cholesterol management, weight management and exercise education provided. Monitored exercise sessions are available.Medicare and most insurances cover this service. Breastfeeding Support Group

Childbirth Education Program
Great Expectations is a free childbirth education class, provided quarterly at Johnson Memorial Hospital by Johnson Memorial Women's Care Specialists and Johnson Memorial Maternity Care Services. Choose from two sessions designed for your current stage of pregnancy. Register early in your pregnancy for the Pregnancy Session and attend a second time for the Labor, Delivery and Newborn session. Diabetes is a disease requiring lifetime management. Whether you've had diabetes for many years or have recently been diagnosed, we are here to help. Weight Loss Surgery Educational Seminars and Weight Loss Surgery Support Group. Have you been thinking about weight loss surgery but don't know where to start? Education sessions by Dr. Dana Lindsay and Dr. Nick Vornehm are a great place to start. If you have had weight loss surgery or are considering having bariatric surgery, learn more from the people who have been there by attending a support group.

Help for Victims of Violence
ASSIST is a non-profit program at Johnson Memorial Health that provides services for people (age 5 and over) affected by sexual, domestic and physical violence at any point in their life.
