Johnson Memorial Health offers you the care you need to ensure your breast health. In addition to state-of-the-art technology and services, we’ve taken the extra steps to provide you privacy, comfort and the kind of personal care that sets JMH apart from other hospitals.
The Breast Care Center is located within the Medical Imaging Area.
Features
- Our two mammography suites perform more than 325 mammograms each month. In order to make a mammogram more comfortable, every patient is given a foam-cushioned Woman's Touch MammoPad during their procedure.
- Our 3D Digital Mammography technology, an ASPIRE Cristalle with Digital Breast Tomosynthesis (DBT) with Comfort Paddle, is built to provide a fast exam with gentle dose and comfort that produces results you can trust.
- Our stereotactic breast biopsy service is the only service in Johnson County for women needing testing beyond a diagnostic mammogram.
- We also offer breast ultrasounds and referrals/consultation with board-certified surgeons trained in breast disease treatment.

Franciscan Physician Network Breast and Melanoma Specialists
Erika Rager, MD and Juliana Meyer, MD are board-certified surgeons who provide all services related to the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer, benign breast diseases and breast cancer risk assessment.
They also offer services related to the diagnosis and treatment of melanoma, including wide local excision, sentinel lymph node biopsy and lymph node dissection. Patients also have the opportunity to access cutting-edge clinical trials.
